We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2021, at the age of 90, Jay Waldrip of Artesia, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. T. Waldrip and Viola Madge Wright Waldrip; his sister Barbara Harrison; and his brothers-in-law, Earl Harrison and Jim McCauley.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Louise Chisum; his children, Jan Shields (David), Randy Waldrip and Bruce Waldrip (Jan); and his sisters, Sylvia Jean McCauley and Nolene Kay Pollard. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
