She was predeceased by: her son Timothy; her parents, Arthur Sullivan and Agnes Sullivan; and her siblings, Richard, Arthur Sullivan and Agnes Parkinson.
She is survived by: her husband John (Jack); her children, John (Paula), Susan (Rich Caputo), Christine and Michael Edney (Janet); her grandchildren, Taylor Alber, Jimmy Spinella, Breanne (Matt Bauer), Cooper and Colton Burns; and her pets, Henry and Calvin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and treasured friends.
