He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Occhiuzzi and Serafina Occhiuzzi; and his sibling Benedetto "Benny" Occhiuzzi. He is survived by: his wife Adelina Occhiuzzi (Antonuccio); his children, Rosa Maritato (Eugenio) and Serafina "Pam" Balduzzi (Ciro); his grandchildren, Riccardo B. Maritato (Michelle), Maria Maritato (Sandro), Laura Enriquez (Andy) and Adriana Esposito (Giuliano); his great grandchildren, Milla Maritato, Antonio, Roberto Maritato, Elias Boudaher, Julian, Alley, Marcelo Enriquez, Carmine, Giuliana and Serafina Esposito; and his siblings, Gino, Santino and Mena Occhiuzzi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
