He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Pershing Biggio, Sr. and Jadwiga Biggio (Jaworska). He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Dillard (Tim); his granddaughter Dana; his sister Helena Storman; his niece Regina Treglia (Anthony); and his great-nephews, Joseph and Anthony. He is also survived by many loving cousins and god-children.
Due to the COVID-19 state mandate, a maximum of 75 individuals are permitted in the funeral home at one time.
