He is survived by: his wife Alba Marina Salazar; his children, Maria Cecilia Salazar (Gustavo Urrea), Juan Diego Salazar (Jessica Del Pozo), Vivian Salazar, Vanessa Salazar, Natalia Naranjo (Nicolas Naranjo) and Santiago Salazar; his grandchildren, Sofia, Gabriela, Isabella Salazar, Lia Naranjo and Camila Naranjo; and his brothers, Henry Salazar and Javier Salazar.
