She was predeceased by: her son Matthew F. Thompson; and her parents, Francis Alexander Ferris and Dorothy Hearn (Philippi Ferris). She is survived by: her husband David L. Schrock; her daughter Jessica P. McIlvaine (Thompson); and her sister Alexa M. Fox.
