With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claire D. Spicer of Woodbury, New Jersey, who passed away on February 20, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Mann and Eileen Mann; her husband Walter L. Spicer Jr.; and her siblings, Alice Yarborough, Myrtle Kulbacki, Virginia Mann, Jackie, Donald, William, Robert and Kenneth Mann.

She is survived by: her children, Walter III (Melanie) of Woodbury and Debbie Annarelli (John) of O'Fallon, Missouri; her great grandchild Liliana; her uncle Howard Ramer; her aunt Mary Ramer; and her sister-in-law Pat Mann. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
