He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Luketina; his parents, Caroline Luketina and Michael Luketina; and his brothers, Stephen, George, Dan, John, Albert and Frank.

He is survived by: his children, Dennis (Eileen), Thomas and Kathryn (Herc); his grandchildren, Matthew (Michelle), Brian (Asel), Justin (Hannah), Samantha, Alison, Michael, Christopher and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Matthew, Michael, Raiann, Elijah and Braelynn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
