She was predeceased by: the father of her children Michael H. Goldberg; her husband Dr. Mark M. Chamberlain; and her brother Kevin Mendonza. She is survived by: her daughters, Caryn Quieti (Mario) and Sheryl Sobiesiak; her brothers, Martin Mendonza, Jr. (Phyllis) and Stephen Mendonza (Marcia); and her brother-in-law Steven Goldberg (Nancy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
