Thomas Polenz Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Polenz and Anne (Toms); and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Maureen (Foley); his daughters, Erica and Heather; his siblings, Eileen, Kathleen, Colleen, Victoria, Jerry and Tim; his nieces and nephews, Aaron, Cynthia, Stephen, Alix, Jamie, Sean, Andrea and Kerry; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex, Colton, Amanda, Jordan, Makenna, Parker, Elle, Emery, James, Isla, Adelaide and Callum.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's or American Diabetes Association or any charity of choice.
