She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; and her brother William Meier. She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Gail Carmichael and Deborah Reid (Robert); her grandchildren, Beth Odabashian (Raffi) and Andrew Carmichael (Irene); her great grandchildren, Steven, Tyler, Ethan, Pierce and Sasha; and her siblings, Nancy Springer and Walter Meier (Patricia).
