She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Freligh and Margaret Freligh (Heaney); and her sister Barbara Berruti. She is survived by: her husband Anthony; her pet Trixie; her daughter Julie Kieffer; her son-in-law Don of Bernardsville, NJ; and her granddaughter Madeline Kieffer of Saluda, VA.. She is also survived by her best friend, and loving, devoted husband of 56 years.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Kathy's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
