He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Foose Sr.; and his wife Patricia Foose. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Foose; his sons, Arthur H. Foose, III and Brian Foose (Julie); his brother Douglas Foose (Lori); and his siblings-in-law, William Bleicher (Kim) and Audrey Partee (Jim). He is also survived by his three granddaughters.
