He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward R. Bush and Stella F. Kolanko Bush. He is survived by: his significant other Lillian Hopkins; his daughters, Christine Lenge (Michael) and Carolyn Bush; and his grandchildren, Michael Lenge, Matthew Lenge and Lyla Bush (Carole Rank Bush).
