He was predeceased by: his father David W. Mackie. He is survived by: his wife Jill Mackie; his children, Amanda, Patrick and Scott (Christine); his mother Sally; his brothers, Bill (Kathy) and David (Maria); and his father-in-law Gale. He is also survived by brother and sister in-laws, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
