Kaluhiokalani Jr. of Clementon; his grandchildren, Amanda, Kassidy, Lacey, Ashton and Parker; his parent Janet Kaluhiokalani of Riverside; his parents-in-law, Charles Safaryn of Atco and Mary Safaryn of Atco; and his siblings, Karl Kaluhiokalani (Kathy) of Pittsburgh, PA and Gary Kaluhiokalani (Barbara) of Fl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
