It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta E. Chappa of Wayne, New Jersey, who passed away on October 13, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Bender and Marie Bender. She is survived by: her husband Larry of Wayne; her children, Maria Schetelich (Robert) of Cedar Grove, Kristin Dutton (Erin) of Franklin Lakes and Larry Chappa of Shawsville, VA; her grandchildren, Olivia, Gabriella Schetelich of Cedar Grove, Shea and Dylan Dutton of Franklin Lakes; and her brothers, Donald Bender and Kenneth Bender.
