With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John M. Hatala Sr. of Wayne, New Jersey, who passed away on May 26, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Hatala (Bundas) and John Hatala Jr.; and his daughter Melissa Hatala. He is survived by: his son John Michael Hatala Jr.; his daughter-in-law Ashlyn Hatala (Miller); his grandson John Michael; his daughter Sheila "Alex" Hatala (Andre Vicari) of Wayne, NJ; and his brothers, Mark Hatala of Morristown, NJ and James Hatala of Glen Cove, NY. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
