It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Kane of Wayne, New Jersey, born in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, who passed away on August 25, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Colin; his wife Holly Kane (Schaefer); his parents, Tom Kane and Jill Kane of Wayne; his siblings, Erica Pugliese (Joe Mongelli) of Wayne and Mark (Laura Kane) of Totowa; his nephew Tyler Kane; his niece Penelope Kane of James Thomas; and his brother-in-law Jim Pugliese.

In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy in David's name are asked to consider donating to his son Colin's college fund.
