He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Spinks and Norma Spinks. He is survived by: his wife Debe Spinks (Langan); his brothers, Edward (Rheta), Neil, Dale, Glen (Sheryl), Grant, Craig and Shawn; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Langan (Angela), Gregory (Sandy), Melissa Harsley (Dennis) and Celeste Langan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and a great-grandniece.
