He was predeceased by: his father John Zack; and his brothers, John Jaeger and Paul Zack. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Zack; his children, Corey, Kyle, Kaitlynn and Colton Zack; his grandchild Kylah Zack; and his sisters, Mari Lu Zack Krawiec and Jaye Ann Zack Staudinger.
