She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bloodgood and Mary Bloodgood; and her siblings, James Bloodgood and Ann Beranek. She is survived by: her sons, Henry A. Zajac (Patricia) and Marc Zajac (Terri); her granddaughters, Victoria L. Zajac and Alissa N. Zajac; and her husband Henry A. Zajac Sr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mary's name to Washington Emergency Squad, 100 Belvidere Ave., Washington, NJ 07882 or St. Joseph Church, 200 Carlton Ave., Washington, NJ 07882 Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home.
