He was predeceased by: his parents, Atchley Howell and Margaret Anna Howell. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Klimas (Edward) of Asbury, NJ, Arnold J. Howell (Mary Jane) of Phillipsburg, NJ and Phillip A. Howell (Teresa) of Nazareth, PA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
