She was predeceased by: her father Byron Stevens; her husband Neil; and her daughter Debbie Lee Minnick (Glen). She is survived by: her son Jeffery Mayberry; her grandchildren, Jeffery Mayberry (Cathy), Jamie Terpstra (Steve), Lindsey Mayberry and Michael Minnick (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Emma, Ashley, Tyler, Christopher and Sam.
