He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Van Hook (McClory). He is survived by: his wife Eileen Van Hook (Foley); his daughters, Venetia Graham (William), Jacqueline Dean (Michael) and Stacy Van Hook; his stepchildren, Aaron Sarubbi (Wendy) and Alix Sarubbi (Greg Chang); his grandchildren, Shaun Dean, Ryan Graham (Nicole), Colin Dean, Kyle Graham, Everett Morthier, Jordan Sarubbi, Parker Chang and Elle Chang; his great grandchild Luke Graham; and his siblings, John Van Hook (Robin), Steven Van Hook (Judy), Pat Martin and Anita Van Hook (Kelly). He is also survived by his many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and nieces and nephews.

Due to the pandemic, a private service will be held.
