He is survived by: his wife Diana L. Kayal; his sons, Darren Kayal (Amy) and David Kayal; his grandchildren, Grace Kayal and Ashley Kayal; his siblings, Lorraine Legard and Joe Kayal; and his sister-in-law Marge Kincaid. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
William has arranged for substantial charitable donations to PSU to be used for Alzheimer's Research, St. Jude Children's Hospital, RWJ Cancer Institute to be used for lymphoma research, and JSUMC Hope Tower.
