She was predeceased by: her mother Domitila Rosario. She is survived by: her father Santos Irrizary; her siblings, Lillian Gonzalez (Toño), Cesario Zayas Jr., Evelyn Zayas, Elizabeth Zayas (William), Luis Zayas (Elizabeth), Ruben Zayas (Jenny), Nelita Lugo (Willy) and Angelina Irizarry (Matt); her children, Leslie Heredia (Christian Adorno) and Vincent Heredia (Nilda Acevedo); and her great grandchild Luis Figueroa. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
