He was predeceased by: his brothers, Lenny Watkins, Woodrow Mugrauer and Mark Watkins. He is survived by: his mother Diane Chard; his stepfather Philip Chard; his in-laws, Peggy and Douglas Nylund; his son Shawn Watkins (Melanie); his girlfriend Lisa Kozlowski; his brother Tommy Watkins; and his grandchildren, Cole Oliver Watkins and Lane Allen Watkins.
