He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. Bush Sr. and Katherine M. Bush (Kenna); his brother William "Bill" Bush; and his grandson Gerald W. Bush Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn L. Bush (Fleming); his children, Deborah Bush, Edward F. Bush III (Sharon), Kathryn Farside (Charles), Gerald W. Bush Sr. (Karen) and Joanne Hodgeson; and his sisters, Florence "Flo" Attanasio and Katherine "Katy" Longenberger.
