He is survived by: his children, Joseph Battaglia and Gianna Battaglia; his parents, John Battaglia and Rae Battaglia (Donato); his brother Anthony; his sister-in-law Margaret Battaglia; his aunt Roseanna Angeline (Donato); his niece Amanda; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jarel, Sophia and Lilly.

In lieu of flowers the family wishes for donations in his memory to be made to: Angelic Hospice, 8025 Blackhorse Pike, Suite 501, West Atlantic City, NJ 08232 who gave Brian wonderful care.
