It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Becky L. White of Vineland, New Jersey, born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on November 12, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leroy Tolbert and Rebecca Tolbert (Mingo); her husband Larry White; her daughters, Kisa Whitaker (Kaareem) of Hamilton, NJ and Sh-Keer Milbourne (Marlin) of Vineland, NJ; her grandchildren, Tiana Whitaker, Niya Whitaker, Zhaire Evans and Asia Milbourne; and her siblings, Catherine Tolbert, Patricia Booker (Everett), Diane Tolbert, Betty Tolbert and Roy Tolbert Jr.. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
