She was predeceased by: her mother Ginevra "Jean" Tomasso; her stepfather Matthew Tomasso; her father Genero Girone; her grandparents, Riziero Giuseppe "Joseph" Del Beato and Amelia D'Alessandro; and her sisters, Jeannette Ciccacci and Marie "Dolly" Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa R. Elliott of Millville, Shawn L. Matos of Vineland, Brigitte L. Brough of Wilmington, DE and Tony Lugo, Jr. of Alexandria, VA.; and her grandchildren, Shannon Harris (Lorenzo) and Brandon Elliott (Kristina). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
