She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Kubrak; and her sister Teresa Cappellucci. She is survived by: her children, Janice Knight, Sharon Freeman and Rob Kubrak; her sisters, Marie Peek and Norma Bruner; her grandchildren, Jerry Godown (Valerie), Lori Quinn (Bill), Sean Freeman, Anthony Freeman (Harry), Ashley D'Amico (John), Danielle Kubrak-Wagner (Cordy) and Emily Kubrak; and her great grandchildren, Quintin, Bethany, Brianna Quinn, Sean Freeman and Lexi Kubrak. She is also survived by her family, friends.
