He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph D'Ambra and Catherine D'Ambra (Scalese); and his siblings, Rose Mauriano, Amelia "Molly" Forgione and John D'Ambra.

He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie; his children, Michael D'Ambra, Andrew (Ann Marie), Rosemarie Larkin (Robert), John D'Ambra (Denise) and Maryann D'Ambra; and also Dobos. He is also survived by Grandchildren and seven Great Grandchildren.
