He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Spooner, III and Margaret "Peggy" Spooner; his siblings, Rosellen Dowd, Thomas G. Spooner and William B. Spooner, IV; and his brothers-in-law, Karl Saks and Alexis DeJesus.
He is survived by: his children, Megan Russell (Mark) and Lauren Spooner; his siblings, Peggy DeJesus, Wendy Saks, Nancy-Sue Spooner, Richard B., David J. and Mark C. Spooner; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Brent and Carolyn.
In his memory, contributions to Disabled American Veterans or the Shriners Hospital for Children would be greatly appreciated.
