He was predeceased by: his parents, David A. and Mary C.; and his sisters, Eleanor Kennedy and Claire Piazza. He is survived by: his wife Anne; and his children, David of Rye, Anne Marie Niciforo of Chicago, Frances of Hayden and Michael of Chicago, Illinois. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; a great granddaughter; and five nephews and nieces.
