Virginia Laranjeira Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2024, at the age of 78, Virginia Laranjeira of Union, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Virginia departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Virginia may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Virginia leaves behind.
She is survived by: her husband Arlindo Pinho Laranjeira; her children, Ruben G. Laranjeira of Union and Linda Costa (Joaquim) of Valega, Portugal.; and her granddaughters, Giulia, Analisa, Milania Laranjeira, Ines and Leonor Costa.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the August F. Schmidt Memorial Funeral Home (139 Westfield Ave, Elizabeth, NJ 07208). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 8:15 AM and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at the Municipal Cemetery N.
