It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicolaas J. Opdam (Turnersville, New Jersey), who passed away on July 30, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lorraine; his parents, Johanna Opdam and Nicolaas Opdam; his daughters, Laura Prosperi (David) and Erika Silich (Eric); his grandchildren, Evan Prosperi, Emma Prosperi and Ava Silich; his brothers, John Opdam (CJ), Brian Opdam (Diane) and Ed Opdam (Meta); and his siblings-in-law, Fred, Judy Druyf, Linda and Gil Wooloff. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
The family respectfully asks for no flowers, instead, they ask that you consider a donation in his memory to The Grandparents Fund at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
