He was predeceased by: his brother Milton Briggs. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Matthew Briggs, Michael Briggs (Danielle), Martin Briggs and Monica Rushing; his grandchildren, Tyler, Madison, Hunter, Grace and MichaelAnn; and his great grandchild Tonya. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
