She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William Lewis Smith; her parents, Edward R. Gaffney and Marie K. Gaffney; and her siblings, William F. Radcliffe, Edward Gaffney, Marie Shelly and Dorothy Wilcox. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, she requested that donations be made in her memory to her great niece's endowment at Rowan University Foundation, Katharine Brower Endowment (Memo), 201 Mullica Hill Road, Glassboro, NJ 08028 or to a favorite charity.
