He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Llewellynn; his siblings, Ginny and John; and his son Philip.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Marie; his sister Joan; his son David of Summit Hill, PA; his grandchildren, Kevin, Kaitlyn, Joshua and Luke; and his brother-in-law Ivan Acevedo of Turnersville, NJ. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
