She was predeceased by: her spouse Edward J. Leadem; and her son Edward J. Leadem, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Peter F. Leadem, Patricia A. Hosmer (Chandler) and Richard T. Leadem; and her sisters, Margaret Duben of Haiwassee, GA. and Maria Duben (Edward) of Haiwassee, GA.. She is also survived by 9 grand-children and 11 and7/9ths great-grandchildren.
