She was predeceased by: her parent Walter Fraley. She is survived by: her parent Lovie Lee Fraley; her husband James Clemons; her siblings, Lillian Terry, Mae Fraley-Hall, Betty Fraley, Sandra Foskey (Augustus), Daisy Fraley-Robinson, Marvin Harris (Ernestine), Walter Lee Fraley, Jr., Sergeant Major and Charlie Lee Fraley (Carolyn); and her father-in-law Thomas McNeil, Sr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
