She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Chiarello and Rose Bonanno Chiarello; and her husband Vincent J. Radice (Tool). She is survived by: her children, Nancy A. Radice and Vincent J. Radice, Jr.; her significant other Kelley Conner; her brother Anthony Chiarello; her sister-in-law Nancy Chiarello; her grandchildren, Jessica Radice, Briana Radice, Vincent Radice and Deana Radice; her daughter-in-law Shawn Radice; her nephew Anthony Chiarello; her niece Krissy Chiarello; her close friends, Vanessa Poe and Donna Shanders; and also William Colton. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
