He is survived by: his parent Mary Spisak Grudzlovitch; his siblings, John Gruzlovic, Theodore Gruzlovic and Mary Fadely; his wife Rose Perlingiero Gruzlovic; his children, Diane Spera and Ron Gruzlovic (Deborah); his grandchildren, Dawn Gruzlovic and Lori Mann; and his great grandchildren, Skylar Warren, Kaila, Chloe and Andrew Mann. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
