He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Owens and Elizabeth Owens (Moody); his wife Jean Owens (Bullaro); and his siblings, Anna Mae Owens Pitman, Frank, Richard and Willard Owens.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Owens and Denise Owens; his son-in-law Herman Kummler; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Owens and Rita Bullaro. He is also survived by his wife as "that couple I see walking every morning." He especially loved spending time with his family and he treasured his memories of vacations with his wife and daughters.
