He is survived by: his parent Ruth Gummel (Rogers); his wife Elaine Gummel (Rynearson); his children, Michael Gummel (Susie), Nancy Alpert, Robert Gummel and Jimmy Gummel (Layla); his grandchildren, Angelina, Jacquelyn, LeeAnna, Bailey, Avery, James, Delaney and Jarrett; his siblings, Al Gummel (Loretta), Richard Gummel (Sue), Jack Gummel and Wes Gummel; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Gummel, Betsy Hymas, Jody Rue and Dick Rynearson (Tammy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
