She was predeceased by: her parent William Robert Maddox; and her spouse Leslie A. Hayling, Sr. She is survived by: her parent Elsie Thompson Maddox; and her son Leslie A. Hayling, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family members and close friends.
