She was predeceased by: her parents, Biaggio Falzone and Cruciffissa Gerace Falzone; her husband Carmen Anzalone; and her siblings, Samuel Falzone (Joseph Falzone) and Frances Mascoto (Lena Falzone).
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Anzalone (Richard Frantz), Annette Lockett (William) of Port and Nancy Tafuri (Charles) of Toms River; her sister Lucille Reynard (James) of Amherst; her grandchildren, Christina Campos and Richie Brown; and her great grandchild Sophie Campos.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
