She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph (Carmela Puya) and Arlene; her spouse Arif Qazi; and her sister Gloria Lihotz. She is survived by: her children, Yousef (Rumana), Nisa (Meade) and Mikail (Elise); and her grandchildren, Gabrael, Anna, Ismat and Natasha. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
